Affiliate members, hailing from real estate-affiliated enterprises, join the Santa Barbara Association of REALTORS® to foster connections with our REALTOR® members. While enjoying comparable privileges to REALTOR® members, they have restrictions on MLS access, voting rights in Association elections, and leadership roles in certain committees. These memberships are individual-based, not company-based.
Affiliate Membership is not a primary membership for real estate professionals. It is designed for individuals and businesses that serve, support, or work alongside the real estate industry and want to connect with the REALTOR® community through SBAOR.
Affiliate Members may include lenders, title and escrow professionals, inspectors, contractors, attorneys, insurance professionals, photographers, technology providers, and other businesses that serve real estate professionals.
Application and membership fees are due in full upon final processing of your application. Please see the fee breakdown below, which reflects the membership fee prorated based on your month of joining month.
