Multiple Listing Service 

 

The MLS is the organization that provides information regarding property sales in the Santa Barbara service are (not the entire county)

The Appraiser is accountable to the MLS (and Association) for all rules and regulations of MLS participation. Appraisers must hold a valid California appraiser certification or license, and must be a principal, partner, corporate officer, or branch office manager acting on a behalf of a principal. By participating in the Santa Barbara MLS, you are agreeing to the rules and regulations at stipulated in the application, and the links below.

This participation to the MLS does NOT include REALTOR® or SentriLock key access. 

Semi-Annual MLS Dues: $325

 

Billed every January 1st and July 1st. Fees owed at the time of joining are prorated weekly and will also include a $300 one-time application and $800 office participation fee in addition to the prorated MLS fee. If joining during the billing period, continuing membership fees for the next 6 months will be applied.
