Hosted by NSCAR in Fairfield, this collaborative gathering (with members from Regions 3 & 4) was a powerful reminder of how regional connection strengthens statewide impact.

🌱 Bonus highlight: a fascinating tour of the California Forever project land, exploring bold, sustainable, future-focused housing possibilities.
📍 Fair Housing Day - Berkeley
I attended C.A.R.’s Fair Housing Day at UC Berkeley, where we heard from expert panelists on topics including bias in appraisals, inclusive business practices, and the importance of curiosity in serving our diverse communities. A powerful reminder that REALTORS® must continue to lead by example in advancing fairness and opportunity in housing.
