What do the Ombudsman do?
The Ombudsmen’s role is one of communication and conciliation, not adjudication. Ombudsmen can help identify and resolved misunderstandings and disagreements before matters ripen into disputes and possible charges of unethical conduct. They serve the important task of providing impartial assistance in resolving any concerns or conflicts that may arise within our community involving a REALTOR®.
