Roster Export Instructions

Office/Member Contact Information Export

 

You can download a CSV file (comma-separated values) with information about offices and members. This type of file can be opened by many spreadsheet programs, like Microsoft™ Excel.

 

PLEASE UPDATE THIS LIST EVERY TWO WEEKS TO ENSURE YOU ARE SENDING TO THE CURRENT MEMBERSHIP.

 

1. Begin at the Menu item on your dashboard. Scroll down about halfway until you see the section titled 'Statistics'. The last option under 'Statistics' is called 'Rosters'. Click on that option.

 

 

2. Select the ‘Office/Member Contact Information Export’

 

 

3. Using the drop-down boxes, select the number of items you would like to include in your export. Items will have a default value of "1," meaning for example, that one Home phone number (if marked public by the owner) will display per person.

To increase the value (for example, to show 2 Mobile phone number columns), click on the drop-down and select a larger number. To exclude a piece of information, select "0" in the drop-down.

 

 

4. To save your settings as a custom export, place a check in the box marked Click to Save Contact Settings. Give the export a name so that you may easily locate it in a list.

 

5. You can select specific offices by holding down the CTRL key on your keyboard, and clicking the offices of your choice. Or to select all offices, click the checkbox below the office list.

 

  Alternatively, the 'Member Type' section automatically selects all member types. To filter this list, UN-check the box that selects all member types, and use the CTRL-click action to select the types you wish to download.

 

When you are done, click Next.

 

6. The next screen allows you to select specific members from within those offices. If no members are selected, then all members will be included.

 Click the Download button to download the contact information.

 

8. Select whether you would like to Open the file with the default viewer or save the file to your computer. 

9. Click OK when you have made your selection, and your download will be complete.

 

Office/Member Roster

The Office/Member Roster will generate a list of Offices/Members and their contact information. This report may be generated by Office, Member type, or Designation. To display the report, click on Rosters beneath Statistics in the tree view menu. Click on Office/Member Roster and you will be presented with several options as to what information you would like to see in the report.

 

Choose which Offices you want to include in the report. If you want to generate a list of all offices, check the radio button to include all offices. You may choose to include office and member information, or only office information. Choose the contact information you wish to include by checking the boxes next to the options you would like and selecting from the drop-down lists. If you choose, you may limit the member types included in the report. Order by types will list all brokers for the selected offices, then sales associates etc., depending on the types selected. You may also Search by Designation(s) by checking the box and then choosing to display all or only those you select from the list. Click Next to display the results.
