Rookie of the Year Award

We are thrilled to introduce the Rookie of the Year Award, recognizing outstanding new agents who demonstrate exceptional promise, professionalism, and impact in the real estate industry.

This award is an opportunity to celebrate agents who have quickly made their mark and set a high standard of excellence for the future of our profession.

Criteria for Entry

1. Nominations must include the nominee’s total sales volume and number of units sold during the current Installation Luncheon year (December 1–November 30).

2. Sales figures will be considered but are not the sole criteria.

3. Additional factors include:

Professionalism & Ethics
Client Satisfaction
Community Involvement
Contributions to the Industry

Nomination Guidelines

Nominations must be submitted by a managing broker, office manager, or designated brokerage representative.
Each brokerage may submit a maximum of three (3) nominees.
Nominee must have been an active agent for two years or less, whether as an individual agent or team member.
