Affiliate Membership

What is an Affiliate?

Affiliate members, hailing from real estate-affiliated enterprises, join the Santa Barbara Association of REALTORS® to foster connections with our REALTOR® members. While enjoying comparable privileges to REALTOR® members, they have restrictions on MLS access, voting rights in Association elections, and leadership roles in certain committees. These memberships are individual-based, not company-based.

Associate Affiliates also represent real estate-affiliated entities but join an established office under another Affiliate member. This membership is individual-based and requires an initial Affiliate membership. Associate Affiliates possess identical rights and privileges to Affiliate members.
