What does the Professional Standards Committee do?
The Professional Standards Committee holds hearings and makes decisions regarding ethics violations and arbitrations received from our members or the community . This committee is charged with the enforcement of the REALTOR® Code of Ethics, the Association Membership Pledge, the MLS Rules & Regulations, the disciplining of members, and the arbitration of disputes. It is a hefty role that is maintained with annual trainings, curated to support neutral, skilled arbitrators with integrity.
